The apartment is situated in a traditional
fishing village and is an easy 10 minute stroll to the beautiful
beaches. It is south facing with views to the sea and is furnished
to a high specification containing all those little luxuries to
enable you to make the most of your stay in Cabanas.
The apartments have ground, first and second floors only and this
apartment is situated on the first floor. There are numerous restaurants,
cafes and bars nearby together with supermarkets; infact, everything
you need to enjoy your holiday.

The Algarve region
Cabanas is situated in the Eastern Algarve which has over 3,000
hours of sunshine a year.Cabanas is a typical unspoilt fishing
village tailor made for a relaxing family holiday. The village
is situated on the Ria Formosa, a Nature Reserve with plenty of
wildlife where there are beautiful coastal walks along the shoreline
and you can take the boats to the lovely golden sandy beaches
two minutes across the bay. The restaurants,cafes and bars are
plentiful and are as renowned for their meat dishes as the locally
caught seafood cuisine.You are assured of a warm Portuguese welcome
wherever you dine.
There are 3 excellent Golf Courses nearby. Benamor is found at
the top of the village and offers stunning panoramic views over
mountains,countryside and sea.
There is also Quinta Da Ria with beautiful sea views and Quinta
Da Cima with lovely views which is the most challenging course
of the three. |

Cabanas
Cabanas is a traditional village and you can walk along the
palm tree lined road along the bay taking the opportunity
to dine at one of the many cafes or restaurants which overlook
the sea. The village is also a few minutes drive from the
bustling market town of Tavira which is steeped in history
and known locally as the Town of Churches as there are 22
churches in the locality! The town rests either side of the
river with shops,cafes,bars and restaurants adorning the cobbled
streets.
Tavira is well known for its stunning beaches which,remarkably,are
similar to those of the Dominican Republic with golden sand
and coconut trees!
Cabanas is also only a 20 minute drive from the Portuguese/Spanish
borders and you can drive across the magnificent suspension
bridge across the River Guadiana to view a traditional part
of Spain where the Spanish come for their holidays. You can
enjoy the best of two beautiful countries in one holiday!
There is a Railway Station at Cabanas from which you can travel
the length of the Algarve from Vila Real De Santo Antonio,
an historic market town renowned for its linen, on the Spanish
Border to Albufeira.
From the station at Vila Real, you can walk to the River Guadiana
and catch the ferry which runs every 20 minutes across to
the picturesque Spanish town of Ayamonte.
Cabanas is ideally placed whether you wish to sight see or
simply wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It is a beautiful
place and one to which you will surely wish to return.

The property has two bedrooms,one with ensuite shower room.Both
bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.The kitchen is open plan
to the lounge and there is a terrace style balcony off the kitchen
to enable you to enjoy alfresco dining.Afterwards you will be
able to relax in the cool air conditioned rooms before heading
out for a traditional Portuguese meal at one of the highly recommended
local restaurants. |

peace of mind to those of you with young children.

Conditions
The deposit is 100 euros per week with the balance due 8
weeks prior to departure.
The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels changed weekly.
All electricity and gas included.
An additional 100 euros deposit is required as deposit for
any breakages and this will
be returned to you within 10 days of your departure.
